With ESROMAGICA SPACETECH Pvt Ltd, we want to ensure that you will be 100% happy with your purchase.

No money back guarantee or refund is given on the courses for any reason . Also the fees of ones course will not be transferred to another course.

Once the sessions start there is a  7 days trial period. If there is a technical problem with the session joining link, our team will respond within 24 hours. or you will get the session recording for the link. If the problem could not be solved by us. If you send email (contact@esromagica.com) refund request within 7 days trial period. we will refund the full amount.

Refund Request Validity

Refunds will only be issued and accepted if the sessions conducted does not happened as per schedule due to an issue within the the joining link and If the problem could not be solved by us.

When you wish to issue a refund request, you have to reach out to us with a valid reason, i.e., an explanation of the issues with the screenshot or screen recording video.

We will verify your request and if the reason provided is valid and the problem could not be solved by us. we will issue the refund no questions asked.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving, downloading, or using the session link. Let us know the issues you face and we will try to provide a quick solution.

Refund Request Period

We will only issue refunds if a valid refund request is made within 07 days of the original purchase.

All refund requests afterward will be considered invalid and the purchase will be deemed as non-refundable.

Note:  Once the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method. For Credit cards/ Debit cards/ other modes: Refund will be processed on the same day & is expected to be credited in 5 – 7 business days.

Also only the unconsumed or unattended sessions refund will be processed.
